Showroom & Trade Counter Precautions For Clients
We have been working hard during the current restrictions to make our showroom and trade counter ready to welcome you back. We are very lucky in respect to having a showroom and trade counter with space for customers to browse. We would like to remind you that face masks are compulsory in our showroom and trade counter area.
It would also be kindly appreciated if you could adhere to the 2 metre rule whilst in the showroom and trade area.
Hand sanitisers are located in the showroom and trade counter and we strongly recommend that you use them. Perspex and glass dividers are in place on the trade counter and the showroom desk to protect the customers and the staff. If you require assistance in the showroom or trade area the members of staff will wear protective masks/visors.
We are still accepting cash payments but card payments are the preferred method of payment in store.
We have a strict daily cleaning regime to ensure that our showroom is spotless; this includes additional cleaning of heavily used areas.
We also have an outside collection point, so goods can be purchased on our e-commerce site or by telephone and then collected from the outside collection point.
