Tiles · Runcorn
Tiles you can pick up and take outside.
A tile showroom on Ringway Road with wall and floor ranges on boards, and everything to fix them on the shelf behind. Free parking right outside, and no appointment needed.

Why come in for them
A tile never looks the same on a screen
Colour shifts under different light, the finish is either flat or it catches, and size is almost impossible to judge from a photograph. People who order tiles online usually find this out after the adhesive has gone down.
Come and stand a sample against the light, hold it next to the suite you’ve chosen, and take it home for a day if you want to see it in your own bathroom first.
What’s on the boards
Wall, floor, and the ones people don’t expect

Wall tiles
Gloss, matt and textured, in the sizes that actually suit a British bathroom rather than a showroom photograph.

Floor tiles
Including patterned and encaustic-effect. Ask about slip rating before you fall for one — it matters in a wet room.

Wood and stone effect
Plank and slab formats that give you the look without the problem of putting real timber in a wet room.

Wall panels
Worth a look if you want a shower done quickly, or you’re tiling over something you’d rather not disturb.
The unglamorous half
Everything that goes with them, on the shelf behind
AdhesiveWall and floor, rapid set and standard
GroutA range of colours, including flexible and wide-joint
TrimsEdge and corner profiles in chrome, brushed and matt black
SealantSanitary silicone, colour-matched to the grout
SpacersAnd levelling systems for large-format tiles
ToolsCutters, trowels, floats, sponges and blades
This is the part people forget to budget for, and the part that sends a fitter out mid-job. It’s all here, and it’s open from eight.

How many do I need?
Bring the measurements and we’ll work it out
Length, width and ceiling height is enough to start with. We’ll work out the square metres, add a sensible allowance for cuts and breakages, and tell you how many boxes that is.
Buy the whole job at once
Tiles are made in batches and the shade can shift between them. Better to buy everything you need in one go than to come back for two more boxes in a month.
Patterns and diagonals eat more
A patterned or diagonal layout uses noticeably more than a straight one. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll allow for it when we work out the boxes.
What customers say
“Absolutely fabulous service yesterday, explained the project and the two staff on helped get it organised, gave ideas and suggestions, helped choose the right materials and then popped them round in the van when we realised the boards wouldn’t fit in the car.”
